Church Outdoors & Cookout This Sunday at 9:30am at the Peltolas'

This Sunday we'll meet at 9:30 am at the home of Randy & Liza Peltola. Their address is 53 Spring Branch Lane, Waynesboro.

The Peltola neighborhood is accessed by a one-lane road. Please yield to oncoming traffic by waiting at turns or pulling into someone's driveway (the shoulder is too narrow for pulling over). When you reach Spring Branch Lane, keep bearing left to stay on the paved road, which will lead you through a white fence marked with #53.

We will be worshiping in the Peltolas' front yard. In addition to lawn chairs or a blanket to sit on, please feel free to bring a pop-up canopy, umbrella, or whatever else you might need to protect yourself from the sun.

David Brenneman will be grilling hotdogs for everyone after the service. You're invited to bring your own picnic lunch as well and to stay for some additional fellowship time.

In the event of any inclement weather this Sunday, the outdoor service will be moved indoors to Greenmonte at 10:15am. We'll follow the weather forecast closely and alert you to any changes by Saturday afternoon. If we do meet indoors for worship at Greenmonte due to the weather, we request that everyone age 10 and older observe the governor's mandate to wear a mask. The sanctuary has been appropriately prepared to seat people in accordance with social distancing guidelines.

If you'll be joining us for church online this Sunday, you can tune in at the normal time of 10:15 am. Just go to greenmonte.online.church.

Memory Verse: Hebrews 1:1-2
In the past God spoke to our ancestors through the prophets at many times and in various ways, but in these last days he has spoken to us by his Son, whom he appointed heir of all things, and through whom also he made the universe.
