Home for Christmas
Let's extend some Christmas cheer to our Greenmonte family worshipping at home! Starting this Sunday, there will be a Christmas tree in the lobby with tags hanging from it. Each tag will be labeled with the name of a family or individual who has been worshipping at home. Please take a tag, mark down on the clipboard whose name you took, and follow the directions on the tag to provide the family with a special gift of love from Greenmonte! If you have questions, contact Liza Peltola at 540.836.7620. The deadline for taking a tag is Sunday December 13th. This is our chance to show love to some of our brothers and sisters that we haven't seen face-to-face in a while!

New Plan for Christmas Festivities
Due to the developing Covid-19 situation in our area, we will not be holding our traditional Christmas Party indoors this year on December 5th, as advertised in previous newsletters. Instead, we're moving our Christmas festivities outdoors to our Caroling event on Wednesday, December 9th. More information below from Kim Reade.

Join us for Christmas Caroling at Stuarts Draft Retirement Home on Wednesday, December 9th at 6:30 pm. We will meet at the Meadows building on the Home property and park there (144 Patton Farms Rd, Stuarts Draft). We will have three Caroling stops outside around the property. We will sing 4 to 5 songs at each stop and move about every 15 minutes. I will have lyric sheets for everyone that night. Since we won’t be going into any buildings, the residents will be told about our visit so that they can come out on their individual balconies and patios. After Caroling, we will have some hot chocolate and desserts outside on the property before we say good night.

We hope that you will all join us as we share some much needed Christmas cheer with our elderly friends.

Christmas Eve Service
Please join us December 24th at 4pm at Greenmonte for our Christmas Eve service. We're looking forward to celebrating the birth of our Savior together. Bring your family, friends, and neighbors!
