Our Soundboard Was Hit By Lightning!
We wanted to thank you for your feedback about the audio during our livestream services. We're aware that there have been volume and feedback issues and we apologize for the inconvenience. Our excellent audio visual team has been working to address the issues as best they can each week even with the limitations that come from a sound board that was damaged in a lightning strike just a few weeks ago.
As we wait for the delivery of a new soundboard and deal with the limitations of our current board, we thank you for your patience and understanding. We're not sure when the new sound board will arrive but we're excited to provide a great experience for those live streaming our services when it does. (A special thanks to our a/v team for all they do!)
