Worship Plan for Sunday, June 28
This Sunday we'll be changing locations for our Church Outdoors service. We'll meet at 9:30 am at the home of Randy & Liza Peltola. Their address is 53 Spring Branch Lane, Waynesboro.
The Peltola neighborhood is accessed by a one-lane road. Please yield to oncoming traffic by waiting at turns or pulling into someone's driveway (the shoulder is too narrow for pulling over). When you reach Spring Branch Lane, keep bearing left to stay on the paved road, which will lead you through a white fence marked with #53.
We will be worshiping in the Peltolas' backyard. In addition to lawn chairs or a blanket to sit on, please feel free to bring a pop-up canopy, umbrella, or whatever else you might need to protect yourself from the sun.
Following our worship service outdoors, everyone has been invited to bring their own picnic lunch and stick around for some additional fellowship time. No food will be provided.
In the event of any inclement weather this Sunday, the outdoor service will be moved indoors to Greenmonte at 10:15am. We'll follow the weather forecast closely and alert you to any changes by Saturday afternoon. If we do meet indoors for worship at Greenmonte due to the weather, we request that everyone age 10 and older observe the governor's mandate to wear a mask. The sanctuary has been appropriately prepared to seat people in accordance with social distancing guidelines.
If you'll be joining us for church online this Sunday, you can tune in at the normal time of 10:15 am. Just go to greenmonte.online.church.

Items needed at this time:
Prayer and Support for Christians in India
Francis Pereira has let us know of some ways that the churches he is connected with in India are reaching out to those who are suffering from the coronavirus lockdown, which has been extended to the end of June. They are helping families with food, living expenses, and other necessities. Please pray and consider donating towards their needs. You can do so by talking writing a check to Spread the Fire ministries and giving to Francis Pereira.
Putt-Putt Night Out
Join us on Tuesday, July 7th from 6-8pm for a Greenmonte Putt-Putt Night Out at Waynesboro Golf & Games (2296 Jefferson Highway, Waynesboro). Share one of summer's favorite pastimes with your Greenmonte family. The church will have exclusive use of the putt-putt course for the evening. All ages are welcome, ice cream will be provided, and it's FREE!
Youth at Lofton Lake
