In the Resurrection, we have a hope beyond anything this world can offer. The Resurrection shocks us back into life. Paul reminds us that in Jesus we have changed our citizenship from the kingdom of man to the kingdom of heaven. We no longer serve our flesh but serve the Spirit, and make the goal of our life to know Christ and the power of his resurrection. All the good things of this world count as nothing in comparison to what we gain in Jesus and in spending our life for Him!
