Full Retreat Schedule
Friday, Sept 11th
- 10:00 AM - Wilda opens. Campers may arrive anytime.
- 4:00 PM - Kickball, Softball, and Volleyball open (Location: Field) Run the bases to work up an appetite.
- 5:30-7:00 PM - BYO Dinner (Location: Pavilion) Bring your dinner to the pavilion to fellowship with others.
- 7:00 - 8:00 PM - Campfire, S'mores & Field Games (Location: Fire Pit & Field) Watch the sun set while enjoying your favorite campfire treat and fun field games.
- 8:00 - 8:30 PM - Vespers (Location: Field) Wind down for the evening with a family-friendly worship time and a special speaker.
- 10:00 PM - Quiet Time
Saturday, Sept 12th
- 7:30 AM - "Sonrise" Devotion and Prayer (Location: Firepit) Start your day off with scripture and prayer.
- 8-9:00 AM - Breakfast on your own
- 9:30-10:30 AM - Pottery Craft (Location: Pavilion) Join Greenmonte's resident potter, Megan Kegerreis, for a special craft. All ages welcome!
- 11:00 AM - Guided Wilda Walk (Location: Pavilion) Explore the property and get to know your church family on this guided walk/talk with trail leaders Brian and Victoria Mininger.
- 12:00 PM - Noon BYO Lunch (Location: Pavilion) Bring your lunch to the pavilion to fellowship with others.
- 1:00 PM - Amazing Race (Location: Pavilion) Compete with other teams in a race to complete all the challenges.
- 1-4:00 PM - Games & Slip & Slide (Location: Field) Choose from a variety of field games or get wet and wild on the slip & slide!
- 4:00-5:00 PM - Cornhole Competition (Location: Field) Test your cornhole skills against other Greenmonters.
- 4:30 - Preschool Games (age 2-6) (Location: Pavilion) Age-appropriate games for the little ones.
- 5:00-6:00PM - Pizza Party (Location: Pavilion) Dinner provided for you. Enjoy the fellowship time!
- 6:00-8:00 PM - Dancing Under the Stars (Location: Field) Campy worship time with a special speaker.
- 7:30 PM - S'mores and Storytelling (Location: Firepit) Join dance instructors Phil and Natasha of Dancing Together to learn folk and Latin dance steps. All ages and abilities welcome!
- 8:00 PM - Glow-in-the-Dark Game (Location: Field) Get ready to glow in this after-sunset game.
- 8:00 PM - Fireside Fellowship & Holy Ghost Stories (Location: Fire Pit) Gather for a relaxed time of sharing and "ghost" stories--only these will be about the Holy Ghost. Where have you seen Him at work?
- 10:00 PM Quiet Time
Sunday, Sept. 13th
- 7:30 AM - Prayer Time (Location: Fire Pit) Open the morning with prayer.
- 8-9:00 AM - Breakfast on your own
- 10:00 AM - Sunday Worship Service (Location: Field) Gather your camp chairs around the worship team and enjoy Sunday morning together!
- 12:00 PM - Potluck Lunch (Location: Pavilion) Please bring a side dish or dessert to share. Meat will be provided.
- 1-5:00 PM - Open Play: Field games, sports, slip & slide (Location: Field) If the lake is full, swimming will also be an option!
- 5:00 PM - Clean up & Depart All trash out, pavilion sprayed off with hose, collect left over items
