Weekly Announcements

  • Welcome Guests: If you're a guest with us today, we have a gift bag for you in the lobby.
  • Service Details: We love having kids in our worship service! There are several amenities for parents to take advantage of if you need them. We have a staffed nursery downstairs for walkers through age 3, nursing mothers’ room open (access through women's bathroom), library at the back is open for babies or kids as well. Service streamed to all of these areas. Kids ages 4 - 5th grade are invited to join kids church, released during the service.

  • Loaves & Fishes: Please join us after the service today for a fellowship lunch provided by church volunteers.  Please consider bringing a dish to share for this event.

Saturday, Feb 28th - Saturday With Sisters - Women's Fellowship, 10am - 12pm
Join us as Myla Buriachok shares a powerful testimony of God’s faithfulness. Myla will share her journey alongside her husband, Pastor Ruslan, and their six children—from Ukraine to building a new life and thriving in Virginia. Come enjoy fellowship, get to know Myla, and be encouraged by her inspiring story!

Saturday, March 7th - Mental Health First Aid Class, Greenmonte, 9am - 5pm
Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is an evidence-based training program administered by the National Council for Mental Wellbeing that teaches individuals how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges. Greenmonte is offering MHFA in conjunction with our sermon series on mental health. The class will be held on Saturday, March 7th, 9-5 p.m. in the Greenmonte fellowship hall. (Note: There is also an additional two hours of online pre-work required.) While the course is free, we are asking $10 per person to cover the cost of lunch. Sunday, March 8th - Baby / Parent Dedication
Greenmonte will be having our Parent - Child Dedication Service on Sunday, March 8th. If you are interested in having your child dedicated in front of God and our church body, please visit this website to fill out our form.
