Redeeming the Forty

"For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them" (Ephesians 2:10). God gave us work from the moment he created man and placed him in the garden. And he has given each of us particular work to do. We don't have to work for a church to be in full time ministry; all work that is done for Him is spiritual and of great eternal value. May we take heart as we realize that as we create, build, and bring order out of chaos in our everyday jobs, we're living out our purpose and bringing glory to God.
