We are called to refocus on our mission as a church by asking a vital question: Why? Without a clear and compelling why, faith can slip into simple maintenance rather than meaningful movement. Our why is not about building a brand, a name, or a reputation. Our why is Jesus. We exist to know and love Jesus and to make Him known.

Scripture reminds us that this mission takes shape through a clear pathway: Grow, Serve, and Go. We are called to Grow as disciples by staying connected to the vine, allowing God to continually shape and mature us, as seen in Hebrews 5. Growth is not meant to happen in isolation but in community, especially as we serve together. In Mark 10, Jesus reminds us that we serve because we are servants. The power of the gospel is revealed as we serve others with His love, and when serving becomes a lifestyle, it naturally flows outward.

Finally, we are called to Go. In Acts 1, Jesus sends His followers out to be witnesses. We live with the mindset that we are sent people, carrying hope into our neighborhoods, workplaces, and the world. As we grow and serve, we go with confidence, knowing that Jesus is the answer every heart is searching for.
