Land Acquisition Commitment Ballot

Your input today will help us confirm whether to move forward with the purchase of the Cold Springs Road property (17.9 acres). For this purchase to proceed, we require:

  • At least 75% affirmation from the body, and
  • A minimum of 10% of the purchase price pledged in one time financial commitments,

Your one-time pledged financial commitments, combined with a $160,000 down payment from the Building Fund, will go directly toward reducing the balance of the purchase price of $400,000.

A Note About Giving
We ask that these special gifts be above and beyond your regular tithe. Your tithe is vital to sustain our current ministries, staff, and outreach efforts, and allows us to continue meeting the ongoing needs of our church family and community. This land purchase commitments are an additional investment in the long-term vision God has given us, enabling us to expand our ability to minister to more people in the years ahead.
